Hi, I'm Jenn! I'm a California REALTOR®, licensed life insurance professional, and someone who believes that success is about more than transactions—it's about relationships, trust, and making a meaningful difference in people's lives.
My journey in real estate began in 2003, and over the years, I've developed a passion for helping individuals and families navigate some of life's most important decisions. Whether it's finding the perfect place to call home, selling a property, or exploring ways to protect their family's financial future, my approach has always been centered around education, honesty, and personalized service.
As a REALTOR® with eXp Realty and an independent life insurance agent working with Transamerica, I have the opportunity to serve my clients in two important areas of their lives. While these are separate professional services, they share one common purpose: helping people make informed decisions with confidence.
But Consult with Jenn is about more than real estate and insurance.
I'm passionate about building connections, supporting fellow professionals, and creating opportunities for others to grow. I believe in collaboration over competition, the power of mentorship, and surrounding yourself with people who inspire you to become better.
Outside of business, you'll often find me enjoying Pilates, discovering new coffee shops, spending time with family and friends, or bringing people together through community events. I love creating experiences, celebrating milestones, and finding joy in the little things.

I'm not just passionate about real estate. I'm passionate about people, community, and building meaningful, lasting relationships.
Professional involvement
I'm actively involved with the Delta Association of REALTORS® and the Women's Council of REALTORS® Delta. I regularly take part in industry events and enjoy building relationships, collaborating, and mentoring fellow agents.
I'm also in the process of joining the Community Service Foundation Board, the nonprofit arm of the Delta Association of REALTORS®. The foundation supports our local communities through fundraising, holiday sponsorships for foster children, and annual scholarships for graduating high school seniors.
Building connections
I love bringing people together! I host small gatherings and appreciation events for my VIP circle, including charcuterie workshops, Galentine's celebrations, and Paint & Sip events. Relationships should extend beyond a real estate transaction.
A little about me
My family has deep roots in the East Bay, where my children grew up. I'm married, a proud mom of two grown children, a grandmother, and a dog mom to two Shih Tzus, Scruffy and Sheldon. I'm also a coffee lover who enjoys discovering great local coffee shops and supporting small businesses.

Jenn is also an independent life insurance agent working with Transamerica, helping people explore ways to protect their family's financial future. Life insurance is separate from her real estate services and is provided through a different company.
